Voucher Validity
Gift vouchers issued by Bloom and Beauty are valid from the date of purchase and will expire on the date specified on the voucher. After the expiry date, the voucher will no longer be valid or accepted.
Service Specific Redemption
This gift voucher is redeemable only for the “Ultimate Relax” service as stated on the voucher.
It cannot be exchanged for any other service, product, or treatment.
The voucher must be presented at the time of booking or appointment.
Non-Transferable
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or store credit.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Advance booking is required. Please mention the voucher code when booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the voucher being forfeited.
No Cash Value
Vouchers carry no cash value and no change will be given. Unused portions of the service will not be credited or refunded.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Bloom and Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Lost vouchers will not be reissued.
Fraudulent Use
Any voucher that appears altered, copied, or tampered with will be void. Bloom and Beauty reserves the right to refuse redemption if misuse is suspected.
Amendments
Bloom and Beauty reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
