Voucher Validity
Gift vouchers issued by Bloom and Beauty are valid for use from the date of purchase and will expire on the date specified on the voucher. After this date, the voucher will no longer be valid and cannot be redeemed.
Redemption
Vouchers can be redeemed in-store or online (if applicable) for products or services offered by Bloom and Beauty.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
If the total purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by the customer.
Any unused balance on the voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Bloom and Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Lost vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
Non-Transferable
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
No Change Given
No cash or store credit will be issued for any unused portion of a gift voucher.
Bookings and Appointments
When using a gift voucher to book treatments or services, please mention the voucher number at the time of booking. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made in accordance with our standard cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the voucher value.
Fraud and Misuse
Vouchers that are suspected to be fraudulent, duplicated, or tampered with will be voided. Bloom and Beauty reserves the right to refuse redemption or cancel any voucher in such cases.
Changes to Terms
Bloom and Beauty reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
